ABOUT THE ROLE

BEAT81 is looking to grow and expand fast in 2023. So will the team. As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will play a key role in facilitating our growth by attracting the best talent. The role focuses on the recruiting of Operations roles (City Management, Expansion, Central Operations, etc.).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Candidate sourcing (outbound) 

2. Screening calls  

3. Improving our recruiting process (eg employer branding, CRM, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE 

• Autonomous self starter, with hands-on mentality
• Organized
• Critical judgement
• Clear & persuasive communicator
• High EQ
• Customer focused
• English C1
• Work experience in talent acquisition with a focus on operational roles, ideally gained in a high-growth start-up with offline operations
• Identification with our company and team values: inclusiveness, growth mind-set, care, humbleness, low ego, integrity and resilience
• Location is Berlin
• Plus if you are able to conduct screening calls in German
