ABOUT THE ROLE

In 2023 BEAT81 will double its operations in Berlin and you as our new "City Operations Manager" will be a key player to achieve this ambitious plan and to ensure that the foundation of our organizations, our workout locations, operate efficiently and smoothly and offer a 5 star experience for our customers and coaches at all times.

You will take full ownership for our location operations in Berlin, including planning upcoming location launches, managing daily location operations and maintaining the highest standards at our studios. You will directly report to the Strategy & Operations Lead of the city and together with your small team of operation associates you will be responsible for managing and developing our 10+, soon to be 20+ indoor locations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage & operate our 10 (soon to be 20) indoor fitness studios together with your team of operations associates and provide a 5 star experience for our 100+ coaches and 10 000+ weekly customers at all times
• Support in finding and launching new indoor locations for our HIIT & RIDE verticals
• Maintain our locations at the highest standard by regularly conducting location audits, planning initiatives for an improved location experience and coordinating external service providers

YOUR PROFILE

• Highly organized
• A sense of urgency
• Clear, confident and persuasive communication skills
• Resilient and willing to work hard to achieve our ambitious growth targets together with us
• Analytical thinking: You recognize patterns and root causes of problems and are able to derive improvements for our daily operations
• A degree. Preferably in business or comparable
• min. 1-3 years of work experience in the areas Business Development, Consulting, Operations, Real Estate or comparable, ideally for a start-up with a product with offline operations
• Fluent German (at least C1), ideally native
• Fluent English C1
• The role is based in Berlin
