ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate, service-oriented and positive Front of House (FOH) staff member with a love for health and fitness for our BEAT81 indoor cycling studios in Düsseldorf, dedicating 9 hours/week to delivering exceptional service and unforgettable customer experiences.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to BEAT81 customers
• Assist with check-ins, class bookings, and membership inquiries
• Give new customers introductions for the bikes and provide detailed information about our workout concept such as heart rate technology and the afterburn effect
• Handle customer issues and concerns in a positive, proactive and timely manner
• Work closely with the instructors and other FOH staff members to ensure smooth studio operations
• Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all members
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
• Assist in daily studio and bike tasks
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative

• Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills enable you to connect with a wide rage of personalities
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Your positive, outgoing and can-do attitude is contagious
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule such as weekends, early mornings, midday shifts, and late evenings
• Fluent German proficiency is a must, and English language skills are a plus
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
