Join our team as Head of Real Estate (all genders) to spearhead our growth and play a crucial role in shaping our expansion strategy, unlocking new growth opportunities, and ensuring our continued success with new BEAT Studios all over Germany and beyond.

What You'll Do:

• Strategy & Leadership: Shape and define our expansion strategy, identifying target cities and areas, and exploring various verticals. Lead and grow the Real Estate team to implement your growth strategy.

• Lead Generation & Deal Negotiation: Lead the real estate expansion team and take ownership of the lead generation process, conduct thorough due diligence on potential locations, and skillfully negotiate deals to secure prime spots for our studios.

• Construction & Launch: Lead the construction and interior design team and oversee and ensure our studios are constructed according to our standards to provide our authentic BEAT81 experience and work closely with our Launch team to ensure successful studio launches.
  

• Property Management:  Build out our property management function including the team and efficiently manage the properties in our portfolio. 

• Commercial Analysis & Investment Recommendations: Conduct comprehensive commercial analysis of potential new regions and projects, providing data-driven investment recommendations to guide our decision-making process.

• Budget & Cash-Flow Optimization: Take charge of optimizing our real estate budgets and cash-flow by taking full ownership of the Real Estate controlling.

• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by establishing and refining processes, including geographic analysis of new target areas and implementing new tools to track leads effectively.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with our C-Level and Finance team to ensure smooth communication and alignment across the company and all relevant teams.
