The Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Customer Lifecycle Manager to orchestrate our customer engagement strategies and significantly impact our customer retention metrics. This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic thinking and technical expertise to optimise our customer journey and ensure that each interaction deepens their commitment and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Ownership: Develop and implement comprehensive customer lifecycle strategies that align with our business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Customer Insight: Leverage deep analytical insights to segment the customer base, map customer journeys, and identify high-value actions that drive retention and engagement.

• Innovation in Service Delivery: Directly influence our product roadmap by integrating innovative service delivery and personalised engagement strategies.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise CRM systems and data analytics to refine our approach continuously, ensuring strategies are adaptable and scalable.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronise marketing, product, and operational strategies that enhance the customer experience.

• Communication Strategy: Oversee and optimise various communication channels to maintain a supportive and constant presence in our customers' fitness journeys.

• Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer-centric strategies, with a background that includes CRM or product management.
