Your mission:

Are you passionate about creating compelling content that inspires communities and drives authentic engagement? We’re seeking a Working Student Social Media (m/f/x) to bring our brand to life across digital platforms, elevate our members and coaches, and expand BEAT81’s reach organically. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of building a standout presence that resonates with both our current and future members.

Craft meaningful, on-brand narratives that amplify our values, drive word-of-mouth, and turn our social channels into vibrant hubs of community and motivation. You will:

• Support Social Media Strategy: Assist in planning and executing content aligned with BEAT81’s brand identity and goals.

• Create Content: Plan, produce, and manage high-quality content.

• Engage with our community: Monitor and interact with our social media community to strengthen engagement and brand presence.

• Manage Influencer & Brand Partnerships: Research and support collaborations with micro-influencers and brand advocates.

• Track Performance: Assist in analyzing social media data and compiling reports with actionable insights.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Marketing and Operations to support ongoing campaigns and studio launches.

You have:

• Student Status: Currently enrolled at a university with at least one year remaining in studies.

• Prior Experience: At least 6–12 months of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing - bringing a strong understanding of Social Media trends

• Creativity & Design Skills: Strong grasp of visual and copywriting principles, with the ability to identify and execute optimization opportunities.

• An Engagement-Driven mindset: Enjoys interacting with communities and building brand engagement.

• An Analytical Approach: Understanding of social media metrics and how to use them for improvement.

• Strong organizational skills and structure: Able to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines, being proactive & organized.

• Business fluent English language skills

Nice to have:

• An Interest in Fitness & Wellness: A plus if you are passionate about BEAT81’s mission.

• Hands-on experience: Having managed 1-2 social media profiles

• German language skills
