Your mission:
Are you passionate about crafting seamless customer journeys and leveraging technology to enhance member engagement? We’re looking for a CRM Manager to own our member lifecycle communication and deliver personalized, impactful communication across all touchpoints. In this role, you’ll elevate how we connect with our members, ensuring every interaction reinforces their fitness journey with BEAT81.
Upgrade our CRM infrastructure, design automated journeys that keep members engaged, and work hand in hand with marketing and product to delight our members. If you’re ready to own our customer communication and make a tangible impact on member experience, this is the role for you.
You will:
- CRM Strategy & Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement a CRM platform that meets BEAT81’s needs, optimizing member communications across email, push, and in-app notifications.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze member data to identify opportunities, and areas for improvement, using insights to inform strategy and execution.
- Tooling & Integration: Work closely with Product and Tech teams to ensure CRM tools are integrated effectively with our app, website, and other platforms.
- Personalized Communication: Deliver tailored, on-brand messaging that resonates with members and aligns with BEAT81’s brand.

Cross-Channel Alignment: Ensure consistency in messaging and campaigns across all touchpoints, including email, push notifications, and studio interactions.
You have:
- Experience: 3+ years in CRM management, lifecycle marketing, or customer retention roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and segmentation, with experience translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Curiosity about customer behavior and passion for designing journeys that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Communication Expertise: Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
